Our finance curriculum uses both theory and best practices to teach you how to best understand and solve the financial operating and investment problems that businesses and individuals face. You'll not only be able to produce the numbers, but also analyze them in ways that can influence decision-making and strategy.

Online Bachelor’s in Finance Program

Our finance program includes a creative and innovative curriculum, designed to teach business fundamentals and new technologies in ways that stick with students. We maintain strong ties with industry leaders who serve as advisors to ensure students have the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in the workforce. We believe that students learn by doing, so much so that we made experiential learning a graduation requirement.

Learning Outcomes

Students who complete the online bachelor’s in finance degree will be able to:

  • Implement financial solutions through algorithm development
  • Make cost determinations, cost allocations, and budget-based decisions using financial data
  • Demonstrate understanding of long-term corporate financial planning and financial management
  • Display effective communication skills for business contexts

All finance students are required to complete experiential learning, and as an online student, you’ll have three options for yours:

  • An internship (150 hours)
  • A study away trip (1 week)
  • Waiver for previous/current work experience
