Payments may be made by credit card or cashier's check. Please make all checks payable to UAB Medical Genomics Laboratory. Payment must be submitted with the specimen. Testing will not begin until payment has been received and approved. A receipt will be provided within 30 days of payment. If you require a receipt sooner, please contact our Billing Services Coordinator.
