Error Entering Time Off Requests in Campus Time & Attendance

There is a reported issue in Campus Time and Attendance related to employees entering Time Off requests for Vacation, Sick, or Personal Holiday (PH). The issue has been reported to UKG, and they are actively working on a solution. Please follow the instructions for how to manually resolve this issue.

How do I access Campus Time & Attendance?
1. From the myUAB Portal, in the myApps section, click the Manage Apps link and search the app store for Campus Time & Attendance. Click Add to add to your myApps list.
2. Login with your BlazerID and strong password
What do I do if I receive an error logging in to Campus Time & Attendance?

Do I have to share my Location data in my browser?

Yes. In order for the system to capture your punch data correctly, your location data must be shared.
How do I request corrections/edits to my timecard from my manager/time editor?

Check with your manager regarding your department’s preferred process. If your department utilizes the Campus Time & Attendance Time Correction form, you can find that here.
When should I approve my timecard?

Review and approve your timecard at the end of the bi-weekly pay period.
What if I approve my timecard before I am ready?

If you have approved your timecard in error, click the Remove Approval button. Approvals can only be removed by the original approver.

Can I bulk approve all of my employee timecards?
1. Yes, if you have a large number of employees and wish to mass approve timecards after review, you can do so using the UAB Manager Approval Dataview.
2. If you approve all timecards in error, you can mass “Remove Approval” as well from the Dataview.
How can I pull a list of all of my employees?
1. In the Employee Search field at the top right of the page, the * [asterisk] wildcard can be used to populate a full employee list.
2. A full list of employees can also be obtained using the Employee Summary - Basic Dataview.
How do I search for a particular employee?
There are several ways to search for an employee:
1. Use the magnifying glass to access the Employee Search in the top right of the page. You can use the * [asterisk] wildcard to search partial name as well.
2. From a timecard view, click the Employee dropdown to open up the Search field.
What if I approve my timecards before I am ready?

If you have approved timecards in error, click the Remove Approval button. Approvals can only be removed by the original approver.
How can I view audit information for my employees (i.e. IP Addresses, Punch Dates/Times, etc.)?

The Time Audit Dataview will display this information.
