Master Services Agreement

This template should be used when UAB will pay a vendor to perform multiple and separate scopes of work for services over the course of a few years. Example: UAB intends to engage the same vendor to provide services at multiple events over the next 5 years. A Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) should be submitted for this engagement. Once the Master Services Agreement is fully executed by both parties, a completed Work Order template (attached as exhibits to the MSA) should be submitted to University Contracts as an “amendment” to the MSA each time the vendor’s services will be used and paid for.
