Conference and Hotel Room Management System
The Heersink School of Medicine has a number of conference rooms that are available to all departments. They are located in FOT, Voker, ALGEN, MCLM, Shelby, BBRB, PBMR, and CH20.
Facility Work Order
The UAB Facilities is managed by Central Administration and includes Transportation, EHS, Maintenance, PDC (Planning Design & Construction), Building Servcies, Grounds, and Sustainability.
Common Equipment Repair
The HSOM Facilities team is responsible for the repair of all common equipment (autoclaves, glassware washers, cold rooms, and laboratory ice machines) in our HSOM research buildings.
