Why did you choose UAB?

I chose UAB because of its distance from home and it's kinesiology program.

Why did you choose your major?

I chose Kinesiology as my major because it will provide me the proper educational tools to be successful in my future profession.

What is your favorite thing about the UAB School of Education and Human Sciences?

My favorite thing about SOEHS is the amount of events/tablings/social events the school has to give students "brain breaks" and simply get involved and connected with the school.

What class have you enjoyed the most so far at UAB?

My favorite class thus far at UAB KIN 117 Team Sports. I love that this class is both educational but structured to where students simply play games the duration of the class time. It has definitely brought out both my inner kid as well of my competitiveness.

What piece of advice would you give a prospective SOEHS student?

Get involved! Get to know students, staff, and teachers because they are all amazing. I have yet to have a negative experience with the SOEHS.

What are your plans after you graduate from UAB?

My plans after graduation is to attend the University of Alabama to obtain my Masters of Science in Athletic Training.
