Why did you choose UAB?

I chose UAB because of its urban campus. UAB offers plenty of opportunities and experiences, while still only being a few hours from home.

Why did you choose your major?

I chose Kinesiology because it’s a great gateway to physical therapy, giving me a strong foundation in how the body works and preparing me for my future career.

What is your favorite thing about the UAB School of Education and Human Sciences?

My favorite thing about the UAB School of Education and Human Sciences is the genuine support from professors and staff.

What class have you enjoyed the most so far at UAB?

The class I enjoyed the most so far is KIN 305 with Dr. Mowling

Use your time here to explore, connect, and figure out what makes you excited to get up in the morning.

What are your plans after you graduate from UAB?

After graduation, I plan to attend physical therapy school and work toward becoming a licensed physical therapist.
