New intramural fields coming to UAB
A groundbreaking ceremony for the new University of Alabama at Birmingham Intramural Fields will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 12. The fields will be located at 1101 Fifth Ave. South. Self-parking will be available at the event site.

Rangeela takes on social problems by way of Bollywood
Each semester, a group of UAB students comes together to stand firm against social injustice. “Stand” may be a misnomer, however. Because this group is UAB Rangeela, Alabama’s first competitive Bollywood fusion dance team.
