Experience the ultimate Day Camp at UAB University Recreation's Day Camps! We are thrilled to announce our upcoming sessions designed to accommodate your busy Holiday and Break schedules. Day Camps that will be available for the following dates:
- October 13th, 2025 : Indigenous Peoples' Day
- October 24th, 2025 : Fall Holiday
- November 11th, 2025 : Veteran's Day
- November 24th, 2025 : Thanksgiving Break
- November 25th, 2025 : Thanksgiving Break
- November 26th, 2025 : Thanksgiving Break
- December 22nd, 2025 : Winter Break
- December 23rd, 2025 : Winter Break
- December 29th, 2025 : Winter Break
- December 30th, 2025 : Winter Break
- February 16th, 2026 : Presidents Day

Enrollment Forms
In this section, you can find Online Fillable and Printable PDFs of the 2025-2026 Day Camps Enrollment Forms (one per family). This document must be fully completed and signed in order to register and make the deposit. Once completed, you can upload them to the link below. Enrollment Forms and full payment are at time of enrollment. If enrollment forms and/or payment are not recieved, your child will not be enrolled.
The payment may be processed online via URec Member Online Portal, in person, or over the phone at 205-996-5038. Please allow 3 business days past submission for payment to be available online.Enrollment Documents

Per Child UAB Affiliate Non-Affiliate Single Day $40 $50 -
Refund and Request Form
- Youth camp deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No cash refunds.
- All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the Refund Request Form and received by University Recreation Staff.
- Refund requests received 7 or more days prior to the first day of camp are eligible for a full refund at the discretion of the Associate Director of Programming.
- **Please note, no partial refund will be given for incompletion of full camp.
- Refund requests received fewer than 7 days prior to the first day of camp are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Not applicable to Single Day Camps
- Refund requests received fewer than 24 hours prior to the start of camp will not be offered a refund unless the two circumstances below pertain to you.
- Refund requests received fewer than 7 days prior to the start of camp may be offered a full refund for the following situations only:
- Medical Withdrawal (doctor’s note required)
- Military Relocation (documentation required)
