First Impact Meetings
First Impact mentees attend two meetings each month on Tuesdays at 5:00p.m. Mentee Meet Ups occur on the second Tuesday of each month from September to April, and First Impact Workshops are scheduled for the last Tuesday of each month for the academic year.
Mentee Meet Ups
Mentee Meet Ups begin as the full group and then split up into individual mentor teams, lasting no longer than ne hour. These meetings provide mentees with exposure to student organizations, introductions to campus resources, and space for mentor-guided conversations and reflections.
First Impact Workshops
Workshops are designed to provide leadership-development content delivery, in alignment with First Impact programmatic and learning outcomes. Workshops focus on values-based, strengths-based, and servant leadership styles, among other topics.
