Thank you for your interest in hosting a workshop through the UAB Career Center. It is our privilege to collaborate with campus partners to promote the career success of UAB students. We want to provide excellent customer service to you, but need your help.

Please read the form below in entirety and supply the requested information. This will help us prepare a valued workshop experience for your class or group.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your workshop, please notify our office no less than 48 hours in advance. Scheduling privileges will be revoked for the remainder of the semester for any organization that fails to comply.

Scheduling Guidelines:

• There must be at least two weeks' notice from the time of the request to the time of the workshop.
• There must be at least four weeks' notice from the time of the request to the time of the workshop for Employer Career Panels.
• You must guarantee at least 10 interested students will be in attendance.
  • If you represent a group of less than 10 students, we recommend the students make individual appointments with a career consultant or visit the Career Center during walk in hours (9 a.m. - 4 p.m., M-F) to meet with a peer career advisor.
