The UAB Section of Pediatric Urology features nationally recognized, fellowship-trained urologic subspecialists who are trained in open, minimally invasive, and robotic procedures for children, teenagers, and young adults, including patients with congenital diagnoses who are transitioning to adult care.
Our team cares for children with all types of urologic conditions, including urinary tract issues, kidney stones, vesicoureteral reflux, injuries, and bladder problems. We also play an active role in one of the nation’s largest clinics dedicated to supporting children and families affected by spina bifida.
