Three new faculty members have joined the leadership team at the Children's of Alabama Pediatric Simulation Center. Sarah Bingham, M.D. Jaycelyn Holland, M.D. and Lauren Robinson, M.D., all serve as assistant professors in the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine.Peds Sim Center

Dr. Sarah Bingham has been named Director of Emergency Medicine Simulation, and Dr. Jaycelyn Holland will serve as Assistant Director of Emergency Medicine Simulation. Together, they will lead and expand simulation efforts within the Emergency Department in close collaboration with the Simulation Center. These sessions support interdisciplinary learning for physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Dr. Bingham also serves as Assistant Program Director for the Children’s of Alabama Community Healthcare Education Simulation (COACHES) Program.

Dr. Lauren Robinson joins the Simulation Center as Assistant Director. She will work alongside Medical Co-Directors Nancy Tofil, M.D., and Chrystal Rutledge, M.D., and Associate Medical Co-Directors Nick Rockwell, M.D., and Jordan Newman, M.D., to broaden the scope of simulation offerings across the institution and support ED-based simulation initiatives.

Dr. Robinson also serves as Director of Outpatient and School Readiness within the COACHES Program.
