The convened HRPP meets each week on Wednesdays. The convened HRPP will not meet on the following days:
- June 19, 2024
- November 27, 2024
- December 25, 2024
- January 1, 2025
Renewals
Continuing review submissions undergo an administrative pre-review to ensure completeness prior to scheduling for HRPP review. This ensures the HRPP has the information required to make their determination. Once the submission is complete it will be scheduled for the next available HRPP meeting.
New Submissions
New protocols requiring convened review undergo pre-review by HRPP staff. Issues noted in the pre-review must be addressed before the protocol will be scheduled for review by the convened Board. The meeting a new protocol will be reviewed is dependent upon receipt of any revisions or clarifications requested in the pre-review.
