As part of UAB’s Research Strategic Initiative, myUABResearch Phase 1 will be live on Dec. 15. Effective Dec. 15, how you submit grants, agreements, financial disclosures and pre-approval/external activity requests will change.
The Office of Sponsored Programs, Academic Research Organization-Clinical Trials and Research Conflicts of Interest will begin using myUABResearch to accept submissions on Dec. 15.
myUABResearch is a Huron Research Suites, cloud-based electronic research administration system. This system offers numerous improvements over UAB’s previous electronic research administration system, including system-to-system submissions through Grants.gov, electronic routing, in-app Adobe signatures and more. Currently, there are training sessions ongoing (see a full list of instructor-led training, reference guides, help videos and more). See the myUABResearch website for additional information.
