Help our researchers learn how each person's genes, cultural backgrounds, and environment may allow them to tailor diets to individuals and improve overall health in this 2 Phase study. Participants must be 19 years of age or older and be enrolled in the All of Us Research Program.
Participation in Phase 1 will involve completing questionnaires, taking body measurements, wearing monitoring devices and collecting biological samples (e.g. stool, blood, urine, saliva).
You can earn up to $300 for Phase 1.
Participation in Phase 2 will involve eating 3 different food plans, each over a 14-day period, with break periods in between. You will pick up your food from the study site every 2-4 days and complete a meal tolerance test at the end of each period.
Compensation of up to $1,500 is offered for completing all study activities for Phase 2.
Not everyone who participants in Phase 1 will be invited/eligible to participate in Phase 2. Research staff can share information about who is eligible for each phase of the study and to help you think about whether this study is right for you.
