The Alabama Clinical Research Site at UAB is seeking volunteers for a Phase 4 Hormone Therapy Treatment in Women Experiencing Menopause.
We are looking to ask how menopause looks and its treatment for women living with HIV. We are looking for healthy, women between the ages of 40 and 60 living with HIV, experiencing moderate to severe symptoms of menopause. Study procedures will include blood drawings, daily symptom tracking of your night sweats and hot flashes, the provision of daily oral pills and hormonal treatment via a topical gel , in-person and phone call visits.
Participants will be compensated for their time and effort.
