Nikolaos Zahariadis, Ph.D., professor of government, will speak on Dec. 19, 2011, at the University Club in Washington, D.C. during a seminar on Greece sponsored by the Bureau of Intelligence and Research, U.S. Department of State and The National Intelligence Council.
It is the 13th anniversary of the Greek accession to the then-European community and now Greece faces its greatest challenges in economic reform. Zahariadis will give government employees his expert opinion on this issue in a discussion titled “Internal Politics, National Identity, Society and Culture.”
