During the Surgery Awards Day 2024, the Department of Surgery celebrated the achievements of its trainees, faculty members, and support teams.
Residents showed amazing commitment and resilience in their research, surgical training, clinical care, and leadership efforts.
Program leaders honored several residents for their exceptional performance and leadership, while residents also recognized faculty contributions with awards for outstanding teaching skills.
An award was presented to the top anesthesia and emergency medicine resident in the trauma and intensive care unit service.
