Because each patient’s dental needs are unique, we are unable to provide an accurate cost estimate for treatment until a patient is evaluated through an initial exam by one of our providers. During the initial exam, our providers will discuss treatment recommendations and outline approximate costs in a treatment plan. This process allows patients to be fully informed of their options and aids in financial planning. More information can be provided at the time of scheduling. Payment is due at the time of service.
Methods of Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Payment can be made by cash, check, or major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
Insurance
Patients who maintain dental insurance will be required to pay the entire amount of their bill at the time of service. Our office will provide the dental information needed for the patient to complete their dental insurance form and file a claim with their insurance company for possible reimbursement.
