
CREATE is a new training program designed to strengthen collaboration between Principal Investigators (PIs) and Clinical Research Professionals (CRPs). By learning each other’s roles and responsibilities, research teams will build mutual accountability and improve project outcomes.
The course reinforces core team science competencies across five key domains:

Build trust, empathy, and rapport across team members. -
Team Communication
Share and integrate ideas across disciplines and stakeholders. -
Managing Team Research
Coordinate multi-site projects and overcome regulatory hurdles. -
Collaborative Problem Solving
Align diverse expertise to solve complex research challenges. -
Team Leadership
Inspire cross-disciplinary thinking and inclusive decision-making.
Who Should Attend:
CREATE is intended for PI–CRP pairs who have completed either CITP or RTP.
Format:
The pilot program launches June 2025 and includes five 1.5–2 hour interactive sessions.
