Faculty members of the Department of Social Work participated in the Society for Social Work and Research (SSWR) conference in Washington, D.C., January 10-14, 2018. This year’s theme was “Achieving Equal Opportunity, Equity, and Justice.”

The SSWR was founded in 1994 to dedicate to the advancement of social work research, with more than 1,300 members from the United States as well as Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Trinidad, and the United Kingdom.
