Extended Blazer Kitchen hours during finals week

After multiple submissions flagged early closing times during finals, USGA worked with Dining Services to extend hours through the exam period.

Campus & Facilities

Added crosswalk lighting near Rast Hall

Several safety concerns submitted last fall led to a facilities review and new lighting installed along the walkway.

Academics

More late-night study space in Sterne Library

Student requests for extended quiet study space prompted a pilot of 24-hour access during midterms and finals.

    Will I get in trouble for submitting anonymously?

    No. Anonymous submissions are reviewed the same as any other, and USGA has no way to trace them back to you. The trade-off is that USGA can't send you a direct reply.

    How long does USGA take to respond?

    Most BlazerID and guest submissions get a response within 3–5 business days. Complex issues involving another department can take longer, but you'll get an update either way.

  • What kinds of things can I actually submit?

    What kinds of things can I actually submit?

    Anything related to your experience at UAB — academics, dining, housing, campus facilities, student life, or campus technology. If it doesn't fit a category, use General/Other.

  • Can I check the status of something I already submitted?

    If you submitted with your BlazerID or a guest email, USGA will follow up with you directly at that address once there's an update.
