The University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Student Engagement & Enrichment office has launched a new student-focused podcast, “Study Break with SEE,” to help Blazers navigate campus life, manage challenges, and make the most of their UAB experience.

Hosted by SEE undergraduate assistant Olivia Scarbrough and Student Affairs staff member Mandy Hunt, the podcast features real conversations about student success — including academic balance, campus involvement, stress-management strategies, mentorship, and finding community at UAB.

The pilot episode, now available on YouTube, introduces listeners to Scarbrough and Hunt as they share their personal UAB journeys and discuss topics ranging from graduate school to their favorite spots on the UAB Green. The episode also highlights their work within the Student Engagement & Enrichment office and gives listeners a preview of what future episodes will explore.

“Study Break with SEE” is designed as a casual, supportive space for students to take a breather, gain insights, and learn how to build a meaningful and successful Blazer experience.
