The University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Student Engagement & Enrichment (SEE) office has released Episode Two of its student-success podcast, “Study Break with SEE,” continuing its focus on real conversations that support students as they navigate campus life.

Hosted by SEE undergraduate assistant Olivia Scarbrough and staff member Mandy Hunt, Study Break explores topics such as academic and personal balance, stress-management strategies, student involvement and mentorship, and ways to build a meaningful UAB experience.

In the latest episode, Scarbrough and Hunt welcome Vivica Parker for a candid discussion about balancing school, work, and personal life while managing the competing demands many students face. The conversation offers practical insights and shared experiences designed to support and empower Blazers throughout their academic journeys.
