OPT-X is a research study aiming to learn the answer, and we need your help.

You may qualify to participate in this two-phase study if you are at least 18 years old, have a BMI of 30 or greater, and would like to lose weight.

Phase 1 is a 4-month weight loss program. Phase 2 is a 12-month extended care program for those that lose 5% of their weight in Phase 1. Participants will be asked to use digital resources and meet in group settings. In addition to receiving the program at no cost, participants will receive compensation up to $175 for completing follow-up visits.
