Out of an abundance of caution, due to potential travel concerns across North Alabama Sunday afternoon and evening, the DNP Nurse Anesthetist In-Person Open House is being rescheduled to Sunday, March 1, 2026 from 4-6 PM (Central Time). We apologize for any inconvenience, but our priority is the health and safety of our prospective students, current students, faculty and staff and postponement is the most prudent way to ensure that. If you have already registered for the in-person session, your registration has been automatically confirmed for the new date, no further action is needed.
To help you get a better understanding about the UAB School of Nursing and our DNP Nurse Anesthesia Pathway, we will be offering both an in-person and virtual open house where you will have the opportunity to interact and ask questions with our faculty and staff.
The In-person Open House will be offered March 1, 2026 at the School of Nursing from 4-6 PM (Central Time) for those who can attend in-person and wish to tour the resources available to Nurse Anesthesia students. Parking and light refreshments will be included.
The Virtual Open House will be offered March 12, 2026 from 3-4 PM Central Time for those that are unavailable to attend in-person and will take place through Zoom.
Both options will consist of an overview of the pathway, along with the ability to interact and ask questions with our faculty and staff.
