UAB will host its Fall 2026 Service Learning and Undergraduate ResearchExpo from Nov. 30-Dec. 4.Undergraduate students at the University of Alabama at Birmingham have the opportunity to present their research at the Fall 2026 Undergraduate Research Expo.
Hosted by UAB’s Service Learning and Undergraduate Research, the expo will take place from Nov. 30-Dec. 4.
The expo happens every semester and is an opportunity for undergraduate students to showcase and celebrate their research. Through this opportunity, students will receive feedback and discuss research with fellow undergraduates and faculty.
Students can participate in-person or online and must submit their abstracts to register.
This semester’s in-person expo will take place at the UAB Mervyn H. Sterne Library for oral presentations and poster presentations at the UAB Alumni House. The in-person expo is open to the public and free to attend.
Important Fall 2026 Expo Dates:
- 16: Abstracts due
- 30-Dec. 4: Online expo
- 1: In-person oral presentations at Sterne Library
- 3: In-person poster presentations at Alumni House
