Emergency Ultrasound in the UAB Department of Emergency Medicine is made up of board-certified experts in Advanced Clinical Ultrasound. Our physicians promote clinical excellence through training both clinicians and trainees from a variety of specialties. We strive to advance the understanding of clinical ultrasound through research and dissemination of knowledge, recognizing that the role of clinical ultrasound in patient care and education is expansive and crucial to great emergency care.
