SCIENCE IS BEAUTIFUL PHOTO COMPETITION

TPiN Open House 2025

We are looking forward to seeing you at the upcoming Training Program in Neurodegeneration Open House! To recognize the contributions of trainees to our understanding of the science of neurodegeneration, the organizers are inviting all trainees to submit photos for the “SCIENCE IS BEAUTIFUL” science photograph competition.

The competition consists of individual submissions by trainees of images collected during the course of laboratory work which best represent the beauty of science. Images will be displayed at the Open House, at which time all attendees will be encouraged to rank the images, based on their aesthetic appeal. The winner will be announced at the Open House and will receive canvas prints of their work. Also, the images from the winner and honorable mentions will be posted on the TPiN website and offered to the Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama, Parkinson’s Association of Alabama, and ALS Association as canvases for auction.
