We offer courses such as language development, language arts, literature, curriculum development, and reading assessment, taught by renowned experts in literacy. They will teach you the latest reading pedagogy and research. And now you can take reading education courses online, so you can pursue your degree while working as a teacher during the day.

The certification-only option program is intended for teachers with a master’s degree, Class A certification in an instructional or instructional support area and a minimum of two years of teaching experience who wish to add a Class A certification in the Reading Specialist Program. No course substitutions are allowed.
