Technical Note
PROBLEM: I'm not receiving my @uab.edu e-mail. It is set up to  forward to my Yahoo mail.
 
  • Setting up a filter on Yahoo Mail to capture UAB email.
User Services may be reached by phone Monday-Friday from 8 am until 5 pm at 934-3540.

SOLUTION:
 
 
 Login to your Yahoo email Account. 

Click on Mail Options
Click Filters
Enter a Filter Name,

and in the

"From header" Contains  

enter uab.edu

Then

Move the message to:

[New Folder]

and click the  Add Filter Button.

  
Name the

[New Folder]

UAB
 

 

 

 

 

Your new filter will look similar to this.

  

If all went well, your email from UAB.EDU will all go into your UAB folder on Yahoo Mail.
