2. and email address

1. Set Incoming Server  to mail.ad.uab.edu (or, for non-admin-Exchange users, the name of your e-mail server. If you're not sure, ask your network system administrator.

2. Select POP  as your Server Type

3. Set User Name to your blazerid/alias or, for a non-admin-Exchange account, your logon id. Do not include the @ sign or any letters that follow the @ sign.
4. click next

Enter a descriptive name

put a check-mark in Use secure connection (SSL)

Click Outgoing Server (SMTP)

server name is vera.dpo.uab.edu

click OK
