PROBLEM: How Do I Clear My Browser's Cache.

Internet Explorer
User Services may be reached by phone Monday-Friday from 8 am until 5 pm at 934-3540.
SOLUTION:
1.
Netscape
Click
Edit/Preferences
Click the + on
Advanced
and click
Cache.
Click both
Clear
buttons
and select
Every time
under "Document in cache is compared to document on network"
Click
OK
Close your browser and reopen it.
2.
Internet Explorer
Click
Tools/Internet Options
Under Temporary Internet files click
Delete Files
and follow instructions;
then click
Settings
Under Settings
click
"Every visit to the page"
Click
OK
all the way back out and close IE then restart it.
