PROBLEM: How do I find my E-mail Headers in Pegasus?

User Services may ask you to send us your e-mail headers in order to solve one of the following problems with your NETSCAPE e-mail:

You are having some kind of trouble with e-mail delivery.
You want to lodge a formal complaint about an e-mail message you received.

SOLUTION:

Open the E-mail message.
Use the key combination CONTROL-H

You should see the headers expand within the message.
Highlight the Headers, and then Copy and Paste them into a new E-mail message.
Send the message to UserServices@uab.edu
