PROBLEM: How do I find my E-mail Headers in EUDORA?

User Services may ask you to send us your e-mail headers in order to solve one of the following problems with your NETSCAPE e-mail:

You are having some kind of trouble with e-mail delivery.
You want to lodge a formal complaint about an e-mail message you received.

SOLUTION:

Open the message
Locate and click the button labeled BLAH,BLAH,BLAH
Start a new e-mail message; copy and paste the headers into the message
Send the message to UserServices@uab.edu
