SOLUTION:

Yes, TUCC does store other departments' media at our WESCO warehouse site.

There is a daily vault run around 8AM, Monday - Friday (workdays only). TUCC has access to the vault 24 hours a day. Departments must have their media to us by 8AM or it will be taken the next working day.

The department must tell us how they want their media rotated and they must label the media with their names, phone number and some id for the media.
