PROBLEM: Invalid Page Fault in Netscape Navigator Mail

If your e-mail account is located on UABDPO (your e-mail address is user@UABDPO.DPO.UAB.EDU) and you receive the DISK FULL error, try one of the following suggestions.

SOLUTION:

Close Netscape. Find the files INBOX and INBOX.SNM. Rename the INBOX to INBOX.TXT and INBOX.SNM to INBOX.OLD. The renaming will force Netscape to create two new files when you restart Navigator. You will be able to read INBOX.TXT to see any messages you missed - you will probably find one message with a date that makes no sense.

Note: If you are getting similar errors when attempting to send mail, perform the operation above on files OUTBOX and OUTBOX.SNM.
