Start Macintosh Outlook.
Open the Preferences; Highlight the words Directory Services in the menu
to the left.
(a) Click New Directory. Create one directory for the UAB Electronic Phonebook; when you're done,
repeat the instructions starting here to create a second entry for the UAB Hospital.
Enter the name of the directory (UAB Electronic Phonebook, or UAB Hospital)
Enter the server address: ldap.uab.edu for the UAB Electronic Phonebook; gw5.uabmc.edu
for the UAB Hospital directory.
(b) Click the box Display this directory service in the folder list
(c) Click the Advanced Button
